We prepare and ship high-quality kits worldwide. Here is the step-by-step timeline of your order from payment to delivery.
Orders are prepared, customized, and shipped promptly. The total turnaround time is usually 7–21 days. Custom name and number printing takes a few extra days to press and dry before dispatch.
Order Confirmation & Processing Day 0–1
You place your order on Football Shirts Sale.com. You will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Our warehouse begins selecting and preparing your shirts.
Custom Printing & Quality Control Day 1–3
If you selected custom squad names and numbers, they are carefully heat-pressed onto your jersey. All shirts undergo double-inspection for fabric flaws, printing quality, and size accuracy before packaging.
Order Dispatched & Tracking Sent Day 2–5
Your order is carefully packed and handed to our courier. You receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (Royal Mail, YunExpress, USPS, or PostNL).
In Transit Day 5–15
Your package travels through international customs and transit hubs. Most shipments clear customs hubs smoothly without delays.
Delivered to Your Door Day 7–21
Your custom football shirt is delivered by your local postal carrier (e.g. Royal Mail in the UK, USPS in the US, DHL in Germany).

If you need your shirts by a specific date, we recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks in advance to accommodate any potential carrier or customs inspection delays.

Orders totaling £80 or more qualify for free standard shipping. This discount is applied automatically in your shopping cart during checkout.
Customs regulations are determined by local governments. Here is what you can expect based on your shipping address:

🇬🇧 United KingdomOrders under £135 are duty-free. UK VAT is handled directly at checkout.

🇺🇸 United StatesOrders under USD 250 are generally duty-free for personal imports.

🇪🇺 European UnionOrders under €150 are duty-free. Custom local VAT may be applied upon arrival by local customs.

🌍 Rest of WorldLocal taxes, duties, and handling fees are determined by the destination customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- All delivery timeframes are estimates and start from the day of dispatch (when your tracking number is issued), not the order placement date.
- If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer, re-delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or forwarding warehouses.
- In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or process a full refund. A parcel is declared lost if there is no tracking update for 30 consecutive days.
